I guide my coachees to discover and develop their own resources, potentials, strengths and talents. Thus we create a basis together so that you can realize your desires and are able to achieve your own goals.
My Target Groups
1. Executive Leaders
In executive leadership coaching, it’s all about encouraging the coachees to develop their personal skills in such a way that they can more successfully and effectively lead their teams. This is important for employees, the company and the coachee him/herself. In other words – decrease weaknesses and increase resources!
While coaching, the coachee determines the topic he/she would like to work on.
Here are some examples: improvement in conflict management, development of effective working styles, and internalization of clear and open communication skills.

2. Health Coaching
In these days managers and teams are exposed to extreme levels of stress and strain. It is my wish to coach and strengthen people so they can withstand stress and strain in good health, achieve their inner balance and attain a clear, calm mind.
